Human Resources Supervision:
• To monitor performance evaluations, contracts, personal files and other HR documents and other HR function.

• To develop and administer company policies and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
• To create work procedures for departments and work on projects assigned by the board of directors.
• To co-ordinate with Chief Accountant, General Manager Sales and Senior Manager Sales on projects and their HR requirements.
Admin Operations
• Manage the required administration function of organization independently, under the guidance of Reporting line
• Manage, plan, organize, direct and control the work activities of the team members in order to provide prompt and efficient services.
• To ensure proper allocation of admin budget.
• To verify and check various bills.
• To ensure that department has complete policies and rules and to ensure policy implementation.
• To delegate responsibilities to team members of various Admin task.
Meeting and Events

Manage Employee Database in HRIS
Coordinate and consolidated payroll management activities.
